The Mountain Hardwear Men's Ghost Whisperer Short is a welcoming addition to basecamps, yurt trips, and most mountaineering missions. It's insulated with ultralight, ultra-lofty 800-fill down to provide a surprising amount of warmth for how little the short weighs. The thin ripstop shell is quilted to keep the insulation from shifting around. There are zippers down the side so you can put the short on and take it off in the middle of the ascent or descent.

Great idea in need of a minor adjustment

Great shorts. Immediate warmth. But there are no belt loops or other way to adjust the waist, so you can’t adjust the fit at all. Adjustments go a long way and can be the difference between gear and clothes. Mountain Hardwear should consider fixing this in future versions so these can be gear!
